We are currently seeking reliable and empathetic Caregivers to assist our clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. As a Caregiver with Kohll’s, you will be on the front lines of patient support, playing a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate companionship care services and emotional support.
- Assist clients with daily personal care and hygiene.
- Help with mobility, light exercises, and safe transfers.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor general well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and run essential errands.
- Help with appointments and community outings using our transportation assistance services.
- Communicate regularly with care coordinators and family members regarding client status.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for helping people and providing high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
